3 steps to save your heels this Summer

I don’t know about you, but every summer my heels get so cracked and dry, and every summer I recommit myself to trying to do better when it comes to my heels.

So since it’s the first of the summer, I thought it would be fun to share the 3 things that I’ll be doing to keep my heels looking great all summer long.

3 Steps to great looking heels:

1. Buff them while they are dry. Do this in the bathtub, and then just rinse away any dead skin. For some reason, I’ve found that buffing them while they are dry works better than buffing them while they are wet, or after a soak.

2. Soak them every night. If you’re not planning on taking a bath, then just sit on your bathroom counter and soak them in your sink. This way you’ll save water. Don’t forget to have a towel, socks, lotion and either a good book or your cell phone to keep you entertained.
